Dan Langa is a composer, producer, and arranger creating music that explores bold and vivid textures. He holds a particular fascination with electroacoustic music and incorporating elements of the natural world into his work. Dan’s work is deeply influenced by his roots in Ann Arbor, MI. His childhood placed him between the vibrant electronic, soul, and hip-hop scenes of Detroit, the strong folk music community in Ann Arbor, and the classical music concerts presented through the University of Michigan. This eclectic mixture heavily informs how Dan listens to and writes music to this day.
